General Refund Policy

No Refund After Service Delivery

Once a digital service has been successfully delivered, activated, or access has been provided, the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Completed web development projects or deliverables
  • Mobile applications delivered to client
  • Software solutions and source code provided
  • Consulting services that have been rendered
  • Digital assets, designs, or documentation shared

Eligibility for Refunds

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds will be considered and processed in the following situations:

1. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged multiple times for the same service or transaction due to a technical error.

2. Payment Failure

If payment has been deducted from your account but the service was not activated or order was not confirmed on our end.

3. Technical Error

If due to a system malfunction or technical issue on our platform, the service could not be delivered despite successful payment.

4. Service Not as Described

If the service delivered materially differs from what was described in the service agreement or quotation, you may request a refund before final acceptance.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Technical issues on client's end (e.g., incompatible devices, poor internet connectivity)
  • Failure to utilize or implement the delivered digital service
  • Any costs incurred for third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions by the customer

Refund Process and Timeline

How to Request a Refund
